The Governor of the State of Georgia has called for a delayed start of all state offices tomorrow, Tuesday, February 16, 2021 due to inclement weather. Road conditions are expected to be hazardous in the early morning hours for all motorists due to ice.
The AUCC Inclement Weather Committee has made the following decisions to ensure the safety of its campus communities:
All AUC campuses will have a delayed opening. Campus activities will begin at 10:00 a.m.
Non-essential employees working on campus should telework or report to campus at 10:00 am.
All classes will be held virtually at their regularly scheduled times, including all classes originally scheduled to take place in person.
Each campus will make its own decision respecting the delay or postponement of COVID-testing scheduled to take place tomorrow.
All persons coming to campus are advised to exercise extreme caution on the roadways due to expected icy conditions.
