Atlanta University Center Consortium 2025 Career Fair – Connecting Top Talent with Leading Employers

September 10, 2025

Atlanta, GA —The Atlanta University Center Consortium (AUCC) highly anticipated 2025 Career Fair serves as a powerful bridge between the nation’s top employers and the exceptional students of the Atlanta University Center.

The AUCC Career Fair draws hundreds of recruiters and corporate partners each year, eager to connect with students from Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College. With the AUCC representing the largest contiguous consortium of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in the world, the fair showcases a rich pipeline of highly skilled, diverse, and career-ready talent. This year’s event is Friday, September 19th at AmericasMart, from 1-6pm. Transportation will be provided from each campus for student access. Last year’s event welcomed nearly 3,000 students from AUCC member institutions.

“The AUCC Career Fair is more than a recruiting event. It’s an investment in the future of leadership, innovation, and excellence,” said Dr. Michael Hodge, Executive Director of the Atlanta University Center Consortium. “Our students bring unique perspectives and extraordinary preparation, and employers return year after year because they know the value of AUC talent.”

For the 3rd year in a row, The UNCF Empower Me Tour (EMT),  a free college-and-career-readiness opportunity, will sponsor the career-driven event. The UNCF EMT was created 15 years ago by founding sponsor Wells Fargo to inspire students to take control of their futures by pursuing a four-year college degree and graduating with an education that prepares them for robust life engagement and successful careers. This partnership has yielded financial support and new partnerships, helping the AUCC Career Fair grow exponentially.

This year’s Career Fair will feature:

  • National employers representing Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, nonprofits, and startups.

  • Opportunities across multiple industries, including technology, finance, engineering, public service, healthcare, media, and more.

  • Professional development resources will occur on each campus throughout the week, led by campus career services professionals.

  • Networking opportunities building lasting connections between students, alumni, and employers.
