Atlanta – Nearly 30 incoming freshman students from Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, and Spelman College have the opportunity to embark on their engineering journeys through the Atlanta University Center Consortium’s Dual Degree Engineering Program (DDEP) by participating in a six-week immersive Summer Bridge program. This ongoing initiative serves as a beacon of excellence, aiming to diversify the field of engineering. Program dates are Monday, June 9 – Friday, July 18, 2025.
The Summer Bridge program offers a rigorous introduction to the engineering curriculum at the AUC, leadership opportunities, and insights into engineering careers. It also familiarizes students with the Atlanta University Center institutions and the overall college experience.
