Jerome specializes in recruiting top talent with engineering backgrounds and is responsible for cultivating relationships with internal and external partners to meet the objective using progressive systems and applications, recruiting software, mass communication procedures and more.
Jerome is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude to encourage others to work hard, smart and succeed. Jerome is inspired daily by his wife and their two children. In his free time, Jerome enjoys the beach, the cabin and playing board games with his children.
